Lifeline IT’s annual IT trends research has revealed that unreliable and costly communications networks are one of the biggest frustrations amongst UK businesses.
Eight out of ten companies say access to reliable and fast public Wi-Fi is their biggest concern, with a further 57% citing poor mobile reception and ‘dropping calls’ as another problem.
