Angela and Magda – the Lifeline IT Admin Team

Managing the schedules and operations for over 80 clients are just some of the tasks handled by Lifeline IT duo Angela Slivko and Magda Kuna.
The team work out of the company’s Peterborough office and Magda has been with the business for two and a half years, with Angela joining Lifeline IT four months ago.
Magda: “We look after all the admin operations – we’re the first contact with the clients and the engineers. We book all the meetings and manage the diaries and do all the preparation for the meetings. We deal with over 80 clients so it can get busy.”
Angela: “Definitely the communication and customer service and keeping on track with everything.”
Magda: “I enjoy building relationships with clients and being with the engineers everyday. It’s a great team and atmosphere.”
Angela: “I’d say the same things that make the job enjoyable can make it challenging – keeping on track of everything. It can also be difficult if we’re dealing with a tricky issue and we’re on a tight deadline.”
Magda: “Yes, it’s a fast-paced environment and sometimes we need to make decisions in a matter of minutes.”
Does it help working together?
Angela: “Absolutely, we work together all the time and Magda and I are like a puzzle – we’re two pieces who fit together. It’s always much better when we work as a team.”
Magda: “Definitely – we’re always saying to each other ‘what shall we do about this? what’s our plan?’. We can come up with good solutions quickly because we work jointly on problems.”
Magda: “It’s a really good team we have here at Peterborough. We’re all very close and support each other.”
Angela: “And we love our new office that we’ve just moved to. It’s very spacious and fresh.”
Magda: “I love reading – usually thrillers but I’ll read anything.”
Angela: “I can definitely vouch for that – she always has a book on the go in her lunch break! I enjoy spending time with my family and my labrador dog.”
Magda: “And we both have a five-year-old child – mine’s a boy and Angela’s is a girl. It’s great that we can support each other and offer advice, like we do with our work.”
