Our approach is based on building strong relationships with our customers. Part of this is achieved by having regular planned onsite visits to our clients’ premises. Of course, we monitor systems and fix many issues remotely, but being with our clients at their workplace takes the service to another level.

And that’s our aim. To deliver a premium service, the very best possible.

It’s crucial for us to get to know our client’s business, especially the challenges they face and how they curently use IT. What are their plans for the future? Are there any current concerns? Before changing anything, we document and log everything about their IT systems.

Our advice covers everything from day-to-day IT matters to longer term strategic planning. “IT without boundaries” means we cover every aspect of IT systems and infrastructure. We often work with clients on an ongoing basis to implement new systems, software and workflows.

We use a combination of remote support and regular on-site visits. The visits range from once a month to full-time desk-side support, depending on the client’s requirements. State-of-the-art monitoring, constantly checking clients’ systems, often prevents problems from occurring in the first place.

Lifeline IT was founded by current owners Daniel Mitchell and Adam Woolf.

They remain actively involved in the delivery of our premium service together with the rest of the Lifeline IT team: managers, engineers and other support staff.
