Media Covers Lifeline IT’s Artificial Intelligence Story

The results of Lifeline IT’s ‘2024 IT Trends Research’ were recently featured in the business and technology media.

As part of the research, we polled clients and employees to find out about their IT habits, in particular their attitudes towards artificial intelligence.

More than two-thirds of those questioned said they did not use AI applications in the workplace, with 27% saying it is because they worry it may be seen as dishonest.

The results of the research were issued to publications and websites, who ran articles on the impact of AI on businesses. Also included in the coverage were additional findings from the research, including the IT issues that businesses find most challenging, as well as the role of IT within companies and how important it is to daily operations.
