The Lifeline IT team delivered another successful virtual AGM for Bluegem Capital Partners, marking a new service offering for clients and potential customers.

With restrictions on work and travel still in place, Lifeline IT organised and project manged the live event from a studio in Central London. It was the second live Annual General Meeting that the company had organised for its client Bluegem Capital Partners, whose portfolio of brands include Mamas & Papas and Iconic London.

Commenting on the event, Bluegem’s Co-founder Emilio Di Spiezio Sardo said: “Yet again, Lifeline IT delivered another fantastic event for us. The whole thing was seamless and the Lifeline team ensured that we were able to virtually present our AGM to shareholders and stakeholders in different parts of the world. Having Lifeline in charge of the IT and tech has given us the confidence to host virtual events and we see these as an important part of our communication going forward.”

Lifeline IT was responsible for all technical elements, including merging live feeds, editing different bits of content and making the recording available to those unable to watch it live. It also organised rehearsals and a detailed timeline, so everything was delivered on a minute-by-minute basis.

The company plans to build on its expertise in the area of live event transmission by offering this service to other clients.

Said Lifeline IT founder and director Adam Woolf: “Not a lot of people are doing live AGMs as there is a lot that can go wrong. Here at Lifeline, we have the expertise of organising and hosting them, so clients and businesses can come to us knowing we will deliver a quality live experience.

“The pandemic has shown that we can all work differently and I think some AGMs and other business reporting events will move to a virtual format. Lifeline IT wants to be the ‘go to’ IT and tech company to help deliver these new formats.”
